This October, I traded the familiar campus life for the dusty energy of Winnemucca, Nevada, where the 世界牧场马协会（WRHA） held its annual World Show. From October 1–5, the Winnemucca arenas pulsed with early-morning arena drags and the smell of leather and coffee. 在这一切之中，我有机会代表中途岛大学实习，这个机会将推动我，教我，让我沉浸在牧场马社区的中心。

For a full week, fellow intern Alli Kratzer (马业与销售 and 营销传播 major, Class of 2027) and I stepped behind the scenes of a major equine event, learning what it takes to keep competitors and fans connected.

Our main responsibility was maintaining the WRHA’s social media coverage which was no small task with 119 classes unfolding around 华人博彩论坛. From ranch cutting to ranch pleasure, we hustled from arena rails to editing platforms, marking out placings while dust still floated in the air from the last exhibitor’s run. 全国各地的骑手、教练、家庭和粉丝都依赖我们的更新来关注他们的朋友、他们的马和他们的希望。
